Shipping policy

Processing times:

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS: Most products listed on the website are "Made-To-Order", it means I start making your item/s as soon as the order is placed. I kindly ask you to keep in mind that I solely produce, paint, glaze, package and ship all the products in my store, so please expect it to be shipped within 7-14 days after the initial order was placed.

READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS: Some products are ready to ship immediately, these products will have "READ TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY" in the description. That means I will ship your order within the next 2 business days of the order placement.

Shipping times:

Shipping times vary depending on the type of the order and your location. 7-21 days are the estimate time for most items unless stated otherwise. For ready to ship immediately products the waiting times will be shorter. 

I currently only ship within Canada and to United States but plan on expanding my shipping options soon!
