Refund policy

All the products you see on my website are handcrafted and must be used with gentle care. As much as I try to package my crafts safely, unfortunately, I have no control over the way my packages have been handled by customs and couriers. 

Unfortunately, no exchanges are accepted. For the return refer to the instructions below:

If you wish to return the item please contact me at support@evernightarts.com. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll be also asked to provide the receipt as a proof of your purchase and the reason for the return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the item arrives damaged:

    If you received an order with a quality issue, please provide your order number and clear photos of the products and email them to support@evernightarts.com. The email must include:

    1. Order number
    2. Reason for return or refund
    3. Picture of item (if it is damaged or not what you ordered) 

    Once your inquiry is received, I'll do my best to solve the issue.Â
