What if I want to return a product?

I want to make sure you are satisfied with my products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a visible quality issue, I can do exchange or refund. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products and email them to support@evernightarts.com. The email must include:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return or refund
  3. Picture of item (if it is damaged or not what you ordered)

Are the potions you sell drinkable?

Potions I make at Evernight Arts serve solely decor purpose and are NOT drinkable.

Do you design your products?

Yes, I solely design and create all my creations.

Are there any care instructions for the products I purchase from your store?

Yes! All products in my store are handmade and require gentle use.

Clay: While durable, polymer clay can break if handled roughly. Do not bend the product, keep away from moisture and chemicals. If you purchased earrings, I suggest to keep your pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box, to prevent scratches and tangling. To clean your pieces use a soft, damp cloth, paper towel or a Q-tip to gently wipe away dirt. AVOID ALCOHOL-BASED CLEANERS.

Potions: All potions I make in my store are sealed as they meant to be decorations and are not drinkable. DO NOT attempt opening. DO NOT drink. To clean use fabric cloth, avoid using water, chemicals or alcohol on a label - it will damage the colors.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Most of the earrings in my store are hypoallergenic. If it is not - it will specify in the product's description.

While the earrings themselves are made with polymer clay, the earring hooks we use are made out of surgical or stainless steel. Both of these materials are considered hypoallergenic. It is not completely nickel-free - hypoallergenic means it has “below normal” level of the components you might be reactive to.

How long does it take to receive the product?

Most products listed on the website are "Make-To-Order", it means I start making your item/s as soon as the order is placed. Since I solely produce, paint, glaze, package and ship all the products in my store, expect it to be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after the inital order was placed.

If the product is ready to ship immediately, it will specify in the product description "READ TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY". That means I will ship your order on the next business day.

I ship with Canada Post and it takes between 2 to 14 days depending on your location.

Do you have a physical store?

I don't but I sell at the local craft markets from time to time!
